Aftermarket Partnering with Us

Barnes Aerospace is a trusted partner for turbine maintenance programs including Component Repair Programs (CRPs) for many of the world’s leading turbine engine manufacturers in commercial aviation, defense and industrial.

To maintain this position, we heed and maintain a process of Inspections, Repairs, Overhauls, TAT Time, Documentation, Continuous Improvement and Industrialization Programs.

In addition to offering visual inspections, we provide non-destructive testing and data analysis to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential issues – before they become an issue.

Components are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and repaired or replaced. We repair damaged parts, address corrosion concerns, reinforce structures, and restore coatings and finishes. Visit: MRO Capabilities for more infomation.

We meet or exceed customer-required Turn Around Time (TAT) for component repairs at all our repair facilities. The definition of TAT is the days between when we receive parts and when we ship repaired parts out of our repair facility.

Our documented processes ensure compliance, traceability, and meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

We maintain a strict enterprise-wide internal continuous improvement program. This rigorous process includes regular scrutiny and analysis to ensure maintenance activities are proactive at detecting and addressing potential failure points.
