Matt joins us with over 16 years of strategic leadership in the HR field within the aerospace industry. Matt has spent his career in a variety of positions having increasing responsibilities at General Electric. Most recently, Matt served as the Executive HR leader at GE Aviation Services in Cincinnati, Ohio supporting a $12B+ Aviation Engine Services division, across global locations with ~8,500 employees.
Matt’s extensive background includes significant international business including an expatriate assignment in Italy where Matt was responsible for the cultural integration of the AvioAero acquisition. Matt’s broad scope of expertise includes global executive and talent development, succession planning, HR strategy setting and execution, organization design, performance development, diversity, and business partnership.
Matt also received a BA in Psychology from Siena College and an MBA from Union University. Matt’s first day is June 4th and he will be primarily located out of the corporate offices in East Granby, CT.
